Legal notice.

This website sets no cookies, shows no consent banner and loads no external resources. It stores a single technical flag in your browser’s session storage (vh-seen) so that the introductory animation plays once per visit; it holds no personal data, is not used to recognise or track you, and is discarded when you close the tab. Under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC such strictly necessary storage requires no consent.

We use no analytics, no tracking pixels and no embedded third-party resources. No visitor profile is created. The pages are delivered by our hosting provider, which handles the connection data technically necessary to serve a page and to protect the service — IP address, time of request, page requested and browser identification — for those purposes only and for a limited period. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website.

If you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, the details you provide — name, company, registration data, country, email address, telephone number and message — are used solely to answer your enquiry. Controller: Vardeholm OÜ, info@vardeholm.com. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Enquiries are transmitted and stored by our hosting and email providers, which act as our processors under Article 28 GDPR. Where a provider is established outside the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR — an adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. The data is not shared with anyone else and not used for marketing. We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months from our last contact, unless a longer statutory retention period applies. You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and you may object to its processing (Articles 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, info@aki.ee).
